Here i have for sale as spares or repair my mazda rx8 231 6 speed in silver Here the reasons for spares or repair: It has not been started for over 6mths It has not been driven for over a year No MOT or tax When driven was sometimes struggling with high end acceleration (spluttering) Possible hot starting issue The car its self has only had a couple of problems, the spluttering and the signs of hot starting. It hasnt ever not started but it does sound like its struggling when hot. It still has the original starter motor. Does have a couple of small marks on the body work, which i have taken pictures of. Over than that the car is in good condition cosmetically. Before putting her away i changed the exhaust for stainless(middle section to backbox) and kept the cat for mots. changed discs and pads on the front along with calipers changed leads, coil packs, oil, filters etc. for new. Have spent allot on this vehicle trying to keep her on the road, but having a little one forced me to store it in my garage which is where its sat for over a year so its time to go. Before stored was not showing any major fault codes apart one of the lambder sensors was slow on warm up, which is prob to do with the new exhaust. Im sure someone thats more mechanically minded than me can get it back on the road. Or worse case a rebuild, that are about £800 or can be broken for spares.
